Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Your obligations

Upon receipt of a delivery from Rapid Optics, the recipient must immediately check the package contents to ensure that all products have been delivered and that these are in a visibly undamaged state.

Where packaging is obviously damaged we urge you to discuss this immediately with us and/or the delivery courier.

Please communicate to us within no more than 3 business days if there are any issues with the packaging or contents of the delivery (e.g., damaged goods, items not received as ordered, etc).

We may at our discretion consider returns or order replacement after this time.
